EGTE Foundation awards scholarships to children in Orange County and Central Florida from low-income, foster, and underserved households — covering tuition for arts classes, summer camps, music lessons, and creative workshops. No child should miss the chance to discover their voice because their family cannot afford the registration fee.
In 2026, we are expanding scholarship capacity to serve more youth across additional Orange County neighborhoods — including the communities served by the Citizens' Commission for Children pipeline.

ALIGNED WITH ORANGE COUNTY'S CITIZENS' COMMISSION FOR CHILDREN
Mayor Jerry Demings and the Citizens' Commission for Children have built a $20M+ annual investment in Orange County's youth — a commitment that has stood for over two decades and across seven different administrations.
EGTE Foundation's Scholarship Program is designed to fit directly within that pipeline. We deliver creative-futures programming — including the Mandala Challenge, after-school arts workshops, and Creative Futures film and music intensives — to the same children CCC funding is designed to reach.
Where CCC identifies need, EGTE delivers programs. Where families face barriers, EGTE removes them.
EGTE Foundation welcomes the opportunity to serve as a long-term CCC program delivery partner.

After School Workshops

EGTE delivers arts and creative-industry workshops directly into Title-I schools, community centers, and Boys & Girls Club branches across Central Florida — places where arts funding has been cut or never existed.
Our workshops are taught by working artists, not volunteers reading from a worksheet. Kids leave with finished work, real skills, and the sense that creativity belongs to them.
Funded through CCC partnership opportunities, Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs, United Arts of Central Florida grants, corporate sponsorships, and private donations.
Past program funders include Stellar Cares (Stellar MLS), which funded the March 2026 Creative Futures pilot at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida.
