Advancing CCC Initiatives in Orange County

- Meet with Mayor Demings' office, CCC staff, Orange County School Board, and Eatonville officials to align EGTE programs with CCC priorities for youth.

- Organize parents, teachers, foster families, veteran families, and community members to attend CCC public meetings and voice support for sustained youth-arts funding.

- Identify and pursue CCC partnership opportunities, Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs grants, and United Arts of Central Florida funding to expand creative-futures programming.

- Document and elevate successful EGTE programs — Creative Futures, Mandala Challenge, after-school workshops — as models for CCC delivery partnerships.

- Invite elected officials and CCC commissioners to visit EGTE programs in person and see the impact firsthand.

WHERE EGTE IS HEADED

EGTE Foundation is positioning to serve as a long-term program delivery partner for Orange County's Citizens' Commission for Children — bringing veteran-led leadership, twelve years of nonprofit experience, and field-tested programs to the children CCC funding is designed to reach.
